Committed to helping every student succeed
Founded in 2006, the Instructional Support Center (ISC) supports students (K-12) in their journey to improve their ability to focus, process, retain, perceive, and apply information in a variety of learning environments.
There’s a place at our school for all kinds of learners and situations. ISC is here to help kids succeed and overcome their hurdles.
We believe children with special learning challenges should have the same access to a Biblically-based education as anyone else. ISC is designed to meet mild to medium range learning needs not able to be accommodated in our standard classrooms.
The Instructional Support Center offers:

- Testing accommodations
- Structured study hall*
- Modified in-classroom instruction
- Modified support center (outside the classroom) instruction*
Students are eligible for the above services when it is determined by a medical or educational professional who conducts an assessment to diagnose a specific learning disability, health impairment, or other issue that significantly impacts the student’s ability to learn in the standard classroom.
*Additional fees are applicable for Structured Study Halls and outside the classroom Support Center Instruction. Any modified instruction (inside or outside the classroom) will be indicated on the student’s transcript or report cards.
**Please note that as an independent school, we do not receive funding for special education and have no obligation to offer services under the mandate of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) or the 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
