Eligibility & Fee Requirements
- Register all athletes in Final Forms (New 2024-2025 School Year) Click FinalForms logo below to register!
- Make sure athletic physical is current and has not expired (Must do every 2 years – see form below)
- Meet Academic Eligibility Requirements
- Pay the specific sports fee for each season’s sport (If your child decides to participate in two sports in the same season, two sports fees will need to be paid). Fees will be assessed through FACTS. Sports fees go towards the following costs: transportation, WIAA fees, referees/officials, etc. for each season’s sport
